Wait times are getting ridiculous. Staff needs some serious customer service training. They’re very rude and entitled. Pizza is great and the activities are fun. Staff needs to improve.

We had a family outing and it was not a good experience! We started to bowl and nobody came to attend to us. We got really thirsty and had to go to the kitchen and order our water! While the family next to us had a waiter & got served food and drinks. The rest of the employees there were not welcoming and rude.

Good luck getting a server here, paid for an hour of bowling and not one server came. Second time this has happened since we’ve been there and it wasn’t even busy. Go here for games but don’t expect good service, not to mention we asked 2 times for a server and not one came.

its fun but to pricey. Ordered my son the tenders plate for 5.99 wasn’t expecting baby size tenders and only 2 ridiculous had to exchange it for the kid pizza . Food took 25 minutes to come out our napkins were offered late. Horrible experience kids loved the games tho

The bowling lane constantly kept messing up dropping pins also not putting down the right ones. A lot of time wasted on that . Which when getting charged by the hour wasn't a good thind

Dont waste your money in booking a party here! I booked the private space room rental which includes dedicated party hosts. I spent majority of the time having to go look for my hostes and found them everytime standing in the kitchen staring at cooks prepare food, while i had party guests who needed refills and napkins (which they did not provide prior or at time of food). Both hosts lacked movitation and speed. The food took forever to come out and just didnt have good flow with scheduling of the events. I would never book a party here again and dont recommend anyone to.

Waited by the host booth seriously about 10 minutes. Staff kept seeing me there waiting then ignored me and my son. After waiting for so long even my 7 year old asked my why no one was helping us. He went to get the waiter and told him we were just going to sit down so that we wouldn't be waiting anymore. The disappointing thing was the fact that so many staff and waiters looked at us and didn't come ask if we needed help or to be seated. Fried pickles were good, I got some wings and asked for them to be extra crispy. They weren't they were soggy. The place is cool to play and take the kids but the service in the restaurant area is horrid. Anyway skip out on that side of the place and you'll be ok.

Went in with a party of 6 to play Laser Tag, for context it was a Saturday Night and very busy. After purchasing 6 slots to play laser tag and being told it will be at most a 15 Minute wait. After waiting in line for 20 mins we were told that all the time slots for the next 4 games were full so it would be over an hour to get in as a group. I got a refund and complained that we were not informed of this detail that should have been mentioned at a minimum! Overall NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I will NOT be returning as this display of UNACCEPTABLE UNPROFESSIONALISM ruined any hope of giving Main Event my money! DO BETTER MAIN EVENT!!!

Went to the bowling bay with the family asked 3 people if we can get refills on our drinks and no one came then after the fourth time our server came in with an attitude and she said" you don't have to wait for me to get you your drinks you can go to the bar and get them your self" is that what the server is there for ?? So I can get my own drinks Horrible service from the team you pay to get a good service and I didn't get that don't recommend them at all if I could give 0 stars I would
