Waited by the host booth seriously about 10 minutes. Staff kept seeing me there waiting then ignored me and my son. After waiting for so long even my 7 year old asked my why no one was helping us. He went to get the waiter and told him we were just going to sit down so that we wouldn't be waiting anymore. For been our first time having a partying at this place, it was an amazing experience, highly recommended especially having the party hosted by Drew De La Cruz, he is very attentive and giving thorough explanation of the party details along with his work mates Hanna, Zuriel and Willie.
