It’s unfortunate that this place always takes forever. Doesn’t help if you call ahead either. I’ve arrived twice and my order hasn’t been ready. The food is great, but only come here if you have PLENTY of time to waste. Don’t recommend if you only have an hour lunch break.Unfortunately they don’t prioritize the customers in store over incoming calls either. Since they only schedule 1 person to make the bowls and take the calls, you have to wait until they hang up...

My favorite poke spot for sure! Always love the food here; the service could improve though, the person who has been there the last 2 times made us feel a bit unwelcome.

But the food is delicious so I will keep coming back :)
