I’m really disappointed with this service my kids was hungry and went to this branch for 7 chicken sandwiches after I drive home I find the sandwiches are burned like the picture . Unfortunately my kids was so hungry they eat bits of the chicken I live far to go back to return it to the restaurant . I hope they can respect the customer more than that

I door dashed almost $100 in food for my family and I didn’t even receive half of my order!! I called the store and they told me that they couldn’t even offer me a credit! It happens every time I order here!! Subpar quality. They need to reevaluate and hire some new staff because the staff there was C Team at best.
Too funny never ever seen a McDonald's so attentive .probably upper management is coming lol. And the parking is full but no customers inside .

Ordered 2 McRibs & the McRibs barely had any sause on top literally, I pick the meat up to view the bottom side & OMG !!! ZERO BBQ sauce literally, it looked like it was uncooked and no color just pale. I returned it & complained to the Mgr. Christopher & his response was, " I did not cook it", instead of saying something like, " I will have it corrected". To make a long story short the excuse was that they were running out of sause & they did not want to open another one. Like, Seriously !!! To top it off the cook also made rude comments. When we received the McRibs back , OMG !!! they only threw a bunch of sause on top. When I got it I checked the bottom part & Damn again, NO SAUSE it was all pale. Took it back & complained again. The Mgr. & cook were so rude. They had to do it 3 times to get it okay only, cause my other order was totally wrong. This McDonald's SUCKS !!!! NEVER GOING BACK !!
