I went to buy the new milkshake but the employee told me it wasn’t gonna be available until 12pm, so I left and came back just to be told by 2 employees that I needed to buy a meal in order to get the shake, mind you this wasn’t told to me the first time I went there, so they made me waste time and gas, not to even say that when they told me the additional information they acted very dismissive.

I am writing this review as I am waiting at curbside for my order. I placed a mobile order thinking that I would be out in a jiffy. Unfortunately, this location prioritizes customers who are waiting at the drive-thru window for their order. Been waiting at curbside for over 30 minutes and I can’t cancel my order given that I already received confirmation that it is being prepared. Very misleading and I believe management needs to address this bottleneck as it is getting ridiculous waiting so long for “fast” food

Seems like they are building a habit to bag incomplete orders. Not the 1st time it happens. It's very frustrating to get home and find out you're missing food you already payed for.

I've been here twice and ordered the homestyle burger combo,. And twice they've gotten the order wrong. Can't really complain too much, it looks like training center for students to get experienced in the real world.
