Not everyone but majority of the employees here walk around with an attitude and do not greet their customers they mess up your order and get upset when you return it you ask them for anything and they have a face that shows they don’t want to be bothered

This McDonald's they ignore you and that customer service to me is unacceptable even had another employee say 'I don't work here' when she couldve easily just helped me however Anahi is the only one I had an encounter with that turned this horrible visit better she's attentive and does it with a genuine customer service smile and I then felt appreciated and welcomed as a customer

Absolutely NO ONE speaks English here. From the 16 year old to the 40 years old I have encountered only by Drive Thru, no one has been able to speak English to me. How the heck do you say "jelly" in Spanish. We both looked like fools when I asked for Gelatina which now I know is Jello.

40 minutes waiting for an order is outrageous. Especially in the night, they take forever and are blasting music. I feel bad for the people that do want to work as they’re overshadowed by a bunch of bums that don’t care for the job
