My family and I came here yesterday and were so happy with the food and the staff. We all got something different and all loved what we got. The potatoes are a pretty good size, they’re big enough to share or have some for leftovers. I heated mine up today and it actually tasted very good for it being from the day before. The buffalo potato is quite delicious. Good service and very clean place. Totally recommended. I also tried the cucumber and strawberry lemonades, which were quite good. I'll be back soon.

Had an amazing experience at Papas and Papas located at 2101 N Cage Blvd, Suite 106, Pharr, TX 78577, right off the expressway before reaching 495. Service was good and staff were friendly and welcoming. Ordered the fajita papa and a refreshing mango drink, and it was absolutely worth every penny! The papa was perfectly cooked – hot, fluffy, and packed with flavor. All the toppings were fresh and well-prepared, nothing felt half-done...
