Every time I order from this location there is ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER, I guess they are not paying attention because I am either missing food or my food is not made as I asked for. Plus they don’t even apologize when I have told them, last time 2 girls started laughing like if it was a joke. The mayority of the time I rather drive a couple of miles up north to the ones in McAllen but when I choose to get the one close to home I end up upset all the time because the order is always wrong or incomplete. They should get better supervision.
Service isn’t what it used to be the past 2 times I’ve ordered here my orders have take 15-2o minutes longer then what the app says it would take to be ready.

This one just keeps getting worse. I ordered at 7:43 got there at 8 and they said it would take 20 mins to make because they forgot to make it. Last time I ordered I did not receive my parmesan shaker. They are slow and forgetful. Food is also losing its quality.
