Horrible service prior going inside they had a client and I waiting for 10 minute's in drive thru line and they had music very loud and didn’t hear a different client and I honk nor knock on the window so they can attend us. As I was approaching Employee ( Micheal Vega) he was in the back in the phone seemed very unprofessional.

Terrible service, I spent more than 10 minutes at the window waiting to be attended to and that didn't happen, I had to get out. I asked for the manager and it turns out he was the one who helped me. With the music at full volume and the other on the cell phone.

Great service all the time and order always ready on time. I once placed an order to the wrong location, and the manager called to cancel the order for me and reordered at this location. My order was ready in 15 min.
So I went with a coupon that I couldn’t use online oh by phone which I called like 6 times n they kept hanging up on me n than they were son unprofessional inside the store when explaining my situation n than one of the employees saying ke hueva hacer la pizza again while I was still there waiting for my order n I was hearing everything very disappointed!!!

They have a sign advertising blue chesse and other dips, but they only ever have ranch. I asked why they advertise blue cheese if they never have it, and the cashier said "thats just for advertising." Ridiculous.

I Ordered on the app, after 1 hour without receiving my pizza they ask for my address to deliver it, I waited another hour just to get a notification on DoorDash of my order being cancelled without a refund.
Terrible attention from the staff, they give you things without even speaking to you, without saying hello.They charge for things without marking them and put the money in the bag.There are like 4 or 5 employees and they all look at you, but no one attends to you.From the drinks...We order a tea and they arrive with a Pepsi at the table without saying anything, I stop the girl and tell her that we didn't order that, they gave us a tea, but it was expired, we ordered another tea, they did change it, but anyway, it was seeing their faces of annoyed.Food...The bread we ordered was not cut... Yes, it was delicious and hot, but because of the service, the first and last time we came to eat.

Last night we picked an order online and the service was horrible. The attendant was clearly bothered by just serving us and made it very clear with her attitude. I normally don't care since this particular store has never really ever had all that friendly service either way but last night was sincerely the worst I have ever been treated anywhere. Food is fine. And wait time is pretty average. But service is horrible.
