This one just keeps getting worse. I ordered at 7:43 got there at 8 and they said it would take 20 mins to make because they forgot to make it. Last time I ordered I did not receive my parmesan shaker. They are slow and forgetful. Food is also losing its quality.

There was a nasty cockroach in the lobby, I can’t even imagine how the kitchen must look. To make it worse, the employee was wearing Crocs and, not to be rude, but he really didn’t look clean at all. On top of that, they took way too long. I usually like Pizza Hut, but this has to be one of the worst ones in the 956.

Worst service ever!! Had been waiting at the drive thru window for 10min so decided to get out and ask for my online order. It still took them 25 min after Pizza Hut app said food was ready. Horrible customer service, males seemed lazy, music was loud, didn’t not answer calls nor drive thru window. This places needs proper management!!

Horrible service prior going inside they had a client and I waiting for 10 minute's in drive thru line and they had music very loud and didn’t hear a different client and I honk nor knock on the window so they can attend us. As I was approaching Employee ( Micheal Vega) he was in the back in the phone seemed very unprofessional.
Terrible service, I spent more than 10 minutes at the window waiting to be attended to and that didn't happen, I had to get out. I asked for the manager and it turns out he was the one who helped me. With the music at full volume and the other on the cell phone.

Great service all the time and order always ready on time. I once placed an order to the wrong location, and the manager called to cancel the order for me and reordered at this location. My order was ready in 15 min.
So I went with a coupon that I couldn’t use online oh by phone which I called like 6 times n they kept hanging up on me n than they were son unprofessional inside the store when explaining my situation n than one of the employees saying ke hueva hacer la pizza again while I was still there waiting for my order n I was hearing everything very disappointed!!!
