Veteran day 2025 at around 3pm. My wife and I, along with her parents decided to try Red Robin as we hadn't had a chance to eat there in the last few months. It was veterans day so being a veteran I asked if they were doing anything in celebration. Are waiter ( not sure of his name but he was sporting to large colored plastic snake earrings in his ears) informed us that yes they were doing a veterans benifit but that it came with numerous restrictions that might make us rethink that option. I was personally taken aback that he presented it to us this way but asked about the restrictions. The biggest most restrictive rule was that if the veteran got the free meal no one else at the table could partake in any other offer on the menu. This made no sense so I asked him to clarify the rule, he seemed annoyed and repeated the same rule with no exceptions or exceptions. At this point we were all very disappointed and opted to just get cheap hamburgers and leave. Our waiter was not friendly or professional with his snide comments and we couldn't wait to just eat and leave. I did eventually get my veterans hamburger but had to wait until the entire table was finished eating and checked out before ordering my veterans benifit. All the while listening to our waiters enduring snide comments. I surely expected better from Red Robin and hope that in the future they will try harder to serve the people that make their business thrive.

Very disappointed with our visit on June 14, 2022Service was very slow. Meals delivered to our table arrived with warm sandwiches and cold sweet potato fries. Sandwiches arrived with out the described sauce or crisp onions!!We had to ask for them, they were delivered after we asked for them.2 people, we ordered at the same time. Ordered the same sandwich, BUT one beef and one chicken. Beef sandwish was delivered to the table 10 minutes before the chicken sandwich.

More than once I have ordered food online.......and more than once my order has been messed up! Today's episode: I ordered food online at about 12:30 pm, for pickup at 5:15pm. I arrived at 5:18 pm, called the number posted at the parking space, spoke with a young lady, who said the food would be out "in a few minutes." I watched as other people pulled up, got their food, and left. 30 minutes later, still no food. I called in again and spoke with the manager, who said she would look into the situation. She called me back and said that the cook in the back "didn't see the order." REALLY???? The young lady came to the car and apologized for the foul up. We like the food at Red Robin, but we will NEVER, EVER order online again!!!! Best if you call your order in- better chance for your order to be "seen!"

Ordered takeout. Burgers were good but were smaller than expected, for the price paid. Meat was a bit undercooked, with pink in it. Had ordered no pink. Forgot to put cheese in one of the burgers. Also, asked for extra fries but came with very little fries. Disappointed.

A very good burger. Red Robin is expensive but you get a plentiful order of quality food. Great service and good atmosphere. We will return.

Took my wife and daughter for lunch. The server was attentive and courteous. The burgers tasted fresh and you can't go wrong with non-stop fries.
We like to come here at least once a month very quiet not too busy you can hear yourself have a conversation .Food is always hot and the workers are great they come and ask if you need anything else.Very family friendly .

The waitress was polite and checked on us constantly. But the burger was made just the way I liked it. They are true to there word it was “YUMM!!!”

Always have super service at Red Robin....fast and attentive. Just the way we like it!! Many good things on the menu. My favorite thing is the delicious Red's Tavern burger. It is 6.99 with bottomless fries and always quite delicious. When you are having a burger craving, it is only slightly more expensive than fast food but so much better.

Stopped by for lunch with the family on a weekday. We were seated promptly, though restaurant was not full. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. The hamburgers were good, but the fries were great! Will return when in the area.
