Coming here for nearly 25 years, I learned to memorize the daily specials. Uniquely curated daily, one of today's daily special was the fideo. You see, the fideo here is made just like how my mom used to make it back in the 70s and 80s. I take mine in a bowl with pinto beans and this is exactly how I always order it up on Wednesdays here at Rositas. The specials used to include the ice tea but not anymore, thus keep that in mind.

Service was friendly. Chicken enchiladas plate was really good. The beef tacos were im guessing ground beef tacos, those were oily, bland, and came with lettuce and diced tomato, basically tasted like it came straight from Taco Bell 😢. Heads up** the Deluxe Mexican plate comes with cheese enchiladas, we were told by the server that they were beef and then disappointed to dig in and there was no meat. Pretty solid everything else wise.

The machacado a la Mexicana was excellent. The refried beans have good flavor. The breakfast salsa is so good. We asked for chips to go with it. My wife enjoyed her American Breakfast plate

I like to visit this place because it has good flavor, although you have to wait a little longer than normal for them to serve you, and once they serve you they forget about you, so if you need something else you have to wait but there is a person from Name Claudia who serves very well and is charming, they have a lot of people but wait for someone to come up and call them and they will serve you. The place seems clean and the prices are affordable. The beef broth is luxurious.
