I used Love The Sno Wizard until today because an old lady that was charging at 6:20pm 7/16/25 was very rude when i order and she is make that people leave tip forcefully and she has a very negative rude attitude I probably won’t be going again because she also made a bad comment about my sunglasses she is so rude!!!

Great food to say the least. Service is bad, specially when you arrive friendly saying thank you after paying and lady just slides window shit right in you face. On top of that they got the order wrong. The snacks are tasty though.

Waited around 20 minutes and never took my order. So I left to another snack stop with way better service.
I waited 20 minutes in line there was literally one car in-front of me and they just ordered two regular raspas. I’m not the type to do this type of things but these ladies have being rude every time i come, i’ve been coming here since i was a little kid and this really pissed me off since i love coming here for my paradise. I knew they were gonna say its close, since it’s the second time they do it. It was literally 10:59. I wanted to make a call to the manager or who ever is in charge since I couldn’t find any number i will leave this review. Thank you just wanted leave my review.

We were waiting for 15 min and refused to take our order because it was already closed. It was 10:45 when we arrived , there was one car in front of us with one order and told us it was already close when it was our turn.
