09/24 9:30pm This was my first time visiting this snack place, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The food itself was just okay, but the service was extremely disappointing. Even after mentioning it was my first time there, the lady helping me seemed impatient and dismissive. Instead of being welcoming, she lacked basic courtesy and even slammed the window in my face. That kind of treatment made the whole visit unpleasant, and I honestly don’t feel like going back.

I used Love The Sno Wizard until today because an old lady that was charging at 6:20pm 7/16/25 was very rude when i order and she is make that people leave tip forcefully and she has a very negative rude attitude I probably won’t be going again because she also made a bad comment about my sunglasses she is so rude!!!

It takes long but my favorite snow wiz in the valley.
Great food to say the least. Service is bad, specially when you arrive friendly saying thank you after paying and lady just slides window shit right in you face. On top of that they got the order wrong. The snacks are tasty though.
