I was so impressed with Ester, she was both a Barista & the one calling out drink orders that were ready.She was So Friendly, despite that fact that it was Christmas Day & they were slammed!!!Her attitude was Amazing & she deserves a Raise!!!????I had gone to the Weslaco Starbucks on Bridge, before I went to this Starbucks in Pharr.The Weslaco Starbucks was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!!Lousy attitude & customer service!!!This Starbucks in Pharr was exceptional!!I went to both on the same day.I live in Weslaco, but the Pharr Starbucks is Much, Much, Much Better than weslaco on bridge!!!The location in Pharr is hard to get to, in terms of parking, but the employees make up for that with their great attitude!Parking: It is very difficult to park here, only a few spaces & it’s very tight, so big vehicles will really struggle!

I ordered a café mocha on DoorDash and I got green swamp water. I have no clue what the heck went wrong or what they were trying to serve me. We actually considered calling the police. Absolutely disgusting!

Starbucks drinks had hair in it I was gagging all drive way home smh
horrible experience here every time.. especially in the drive thru. this time the drive thru girly was very aggressive and rushed me in taking my order. then, we waited in line for about 40 minutes, and they barely started to make our coffees at the window? they also gave our order to the car in front of us.. thankfully the people on the car decided to give it back to the batista. disappointing and time consuming as always. rude batistas

I went there to get a regular iced coffee and even though I usually don’t like most Starbucks atmospheres, my Barista, Annette was really sweet and my order came out pretty fast. Overall, good and friendly service.

The barista attending me today was such a sweetheart loved her only being my 2nd time at Starbucks and I asked her to just make me whatever and she passed the vibe check she was very Patient made sure i didn't have any allergies and made sure to ask me questions about my taste preference she was amazing and had such positive vibes loved my 2nd experience will be leaving a tip next time i see her working ????
