honestly my all time favorite starbucks. I love the seating, the atmosphere, everything. The workers are so kind. They come up after studying there for a while and always offer a cup of water. The samples they make of their own mix is amazing. I love trying new things so they always surprise me with great creations. I should have made this review a long time ago. But genuinely this starbucks never fails me. I love it here so much.

This Starbucks is probably the fastest, yummiest starbies I’ve been to. They never take more than 1 minute per car and I’ve been to this location a million times . The manager should be promoted to teach every starbies her way.

The staff at this location skews younger. I have had a few unprofessional interactions with staff making faces at each other, snide comments. It's an uneven experience because sometimes it's great here and other times it's just below average.

Today I went to this Starbucks because I wanted some coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I ordered online which is usually faster in locations like Sharyland.I waited 15 minutes for my coffee which I had to ask about and I waited 20 minutes for my bacon egg and Gouda sandwich.They had forgotten about it and when I received I didn’t even get an apology. It was the least they could’ve said or done. They all saw me standing there and didn’t even ask if I was missing anything from my order. Horrible customer service. My sandwich was good though.Never coming back to this location.

I love this particular location, staff is always friendly and Iove the atmosphere here! Also today one of the staff members was nice enough to help me use my rewards and suggested a yummy iced coffee which I would never because I get hot lattes...ALWAYS (my boring Caramel Macchiato lol) not today and it was yummy!
