Machine outside to take order does not work, lady in the drive through is rude and wont take your order even when you tell her their machine does not work and tell you you have to get down if you want to order. Horrible system…

After school meal became impossible to order. There were no cucumbers, black olives, parmesan cheese, vinegar chips, american cheese, sweet tea or raspberry tea. I asked if everything was OK given the store had a shortage of items and the young lady just made an "I don't know face" with a laugh. Unfortunately our experience wasn't a good one. We will definitely avoid this subway.

Today the service was horrible. Had to get off to order because the drive thru is impossible to go through with a 2500 Truck. For one you have to order through touch screen, and the screen is super low. Two, to even press the button from a vehicle like a truck, you would have to open the door and half way get off. So it's pointless to even try to go through the drive thru if in a larger vehicle. Once inside, out of two employees, only one was servicing customers. The other was just standing there, and I do mean just standing. Location is horrible, it is toward the back of the property, in the middle of everything, so you will have to maneuver around. Overall, will not be returning.

I went through the drive thru, kiosk wasn't working (plus it doesn't give you options to "create your own when it is working) so I pulled up to the window. No one was in line but I was told they can't take orders verbally unless you go inside bc the customer can't see that they are preparing your sandwich correctly through the drive thru! I needed a simple turkey, ham, and mayo sandwich. As "sandwich artists" I shouldn't need to supervise that! What a joke.
