Terrible, only spoke spanish, made the sandwich sloppy and said they charge extra if you try to alter your sandwich such as adding a veggie that's not on there or adding more of the same veggie. Must be reported.

THE PERSON NAME 'JERRY' AT THIS BRANCH ATTENDS YOU IN A CODESIGNENT WAY, AS IF HE WAS DOING YOU THE FAVOR OF SERVING YOU. ALWAYS RUDE SPEAKS HIT AND DESPITE. HE GETS ANGRY IF YOU ORDER SOMETHING ADDITIONAL AND THROWS THE INGREDIENTS INTO THE SUBWAY, THE FOOD I AM BUYING.
SEVERAL CO-WORKERS HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND WE CAME TO THE CONCLUSION OF MAKING THIS COMPLAINT, PLEASE ATTEND THE COMPLAINT

I ordered a cold cut trio combo for delivery. When I opened the sealed bag and then my sandwich, it was toasted which I did not want and there was one slice of ham. This sandwich looks terrible and I can’t believe they just won’t answer their phone. Absolutely disappointed in this place.

I went to bad service and there was no one to attend to me. I had to wait 5 minutes until someone came out and someone came out and treated me badly. Very bad service from the worker today, May 20 at 6:28 pm, I asked for #20 and he put the cheese he wanted. He didn't ask if it was hot or toasted and he had a bad attitude. I never buy here but I won't return to this one. local.

The employee taking orders was on her own. She was unable to multitask and was going order per order. When it was my turn I had two seperate orders. I wanted to use coupons for each order and pay seperatly. Manager said it was against policy, refused although payments were seperate and different. I had another coworker who had already ordered place the 2nd order but i captured dirty drinking stations and i left unhappy because of how difficult the manager was.

Good place to eat very clean no issues
Very bad service, the clerk was very grumpy and did not have all the ingredients, the very old lettuce was not fresh, the tables were all dirty.

Extremely rude employees, also no coupons can be used here. Just simply asking an employee to explain the limitations of a coupon is enough to get said employee to look you dead in the eye like they want to physically assault you.
The staff here is horrible. Rude and Greedy. They act like if the food is coming out of their paycheck. And they don't accept coupons!!!

The chicken noodles soup was extremely salty. Neither of my children ate it. The employees were taking their sweet time coming to the front and attending customers. At least the place was clean.
