The bread was a little dry, they stopped a long time ago, by not having sea food. They also use to have jalponno bread. So we have been going to Firehouse Sup. instead.

Employee on June 3 around noon was not in the mood to work. Took her a while to come out from back. When she finally did there was a 3 of us waiting. Seemed impatient, bothered, and I feel like all I ate was bread. Will not return for a while if ever. Just please monitor your employees. I hate spending over $40 to have such a sad experience

Skinny guy with glasses is so rude we walked it and he was rushing us out of there I put my food down on the table to get my drink and he shouted out to me very rude that the dining area was closed. Very poor service from this man

An employee seemed to not know how to do his job. He seemed to think we were trying to confuse him to get free items yet we were asking him if he remembered to charge them. He made us very uncomfortable.
Sandwich was just right! Manager Ramiro was super fast and courteous to guest while i was there. One of the cleanest subways I have ate at in Pharr. Highly recommended when in a rush or want a peaceful environment to dine in.

i will never buy food here, the cashier charged a customer with gloves on and with those same gloves he got the money, scratched his head and then wanted to attend me. nope!!! not once did he change his gloves or atleast add hand sanitizer. I just left after seeing that i did not order anything nor will i ever buy from here.

Closed store hours 9pm !! I got there 8:30 pm doors locked . Then I called them and lady stated it was closed already!!! So please update your hours...

ONLY worker there was rude, didn’t give me exact change back, didn’t fill soup as much as it usually is filled, gave no utensils, didn’t hand us food - instead left it on his side of the counter and walked away without saying thank you or bye;) don’t hire people who are not mature enough to work with other people. <3
