This place is really good. My family loves coming here in person and using the drive thru. Sometimes the drive thru is slow but they make everything fresh which I understand. I recommend it.
I always get my boba over ice but wow with that amount I couldn’t even find the tapioca.

Food is great but the service is pretty bad. Tried calling ahead and no answer, second time even went straight to voicemail after a ring. Then went through the drive in and got asked my order through speaker, said my order then got put on hold. After a couple of minutes the employee was back and asked my order again, said my order again and the employee ignored it and asked me to move forward to the pickup window to take my order there. Why? What’s the point? Call ahead, no answer. Drive in window, no order. Terrible service.

Are you craving bubble tea or boba? Then you gotta check out Tapioca Roots. They offer a huge variety of flavors to choose from that I have not seen elsewhere and I've been to hundreds of boba spots. Everyone in your group will definitely find something they like.Personally I tried to nutella coconut and it was to die for. I can't wait to come back and try other flavors. They make your orders super fast and they also have crepes and other foods here if you're hungry. They even have a drive-thru if you just want to pick something up super quick.I would highly recommend this boba spot to all boba lovers both local and visiting!
Parking: Tons of free parking in the plaza out front. You won't have a problem snagging a spot and it doesn't cost a thing.
For a medium it’s $7.50 unless you want a coffee or cheesecake base which is an addition $1. Then another $1 for a dairy alternative. Not worth. You’re better off going anywhere else for boba.

The drinks with boba, the corn and the crepes are very delicious, it's just that they almost never have corn and it is advertised all the time that they sell it and that is not the case.

Ordered a Taro boba tea, tasted extremely bland, watered down, with no sweetness to it at all. Drive thru speaker not working and no signage indicating that it is out of service. Total waste of time and money. If you’re looking for a good tapioca/boba tea, go down the road to Tea Garden. Avoid this place.
