Terrible service!! My husband and I ordered carnita tacos and they were extremely cold and dry, so we asked if we could switch the cold tacos out for something else and they said we couldn't and all they could do was reheat our tacos, which was just gonna make them even worse by drying them out even more. Sure enough they brought the tacos back nuked and they were dry and inedible, we asked again if we could get something else and they gave us carnitas in salsa which was also cold, we finally asked if we could just pay for the tacos we did eat and if they could take the carnita tacos off our tab, the manager was extremely rude and tore up our receipt in front of my face and said we don't have to pay anything but they will never serve us again. Geeez .. worst customer service ever, so since YOUR food is cold, it's somehow our fault!?!!

no me gustó el servicio para nada , fui con muchas expectativas no sabía cómo pedir y ahí viendo , no estaban los precios así que no sabía que convenía más terminé pidiendo unos tacos Matamoros como los de la foto que tienen que llevan aguacate y queso , eso pedí y me dijeron que si quería queso y aguacate era más caro ... bueno , después me mandaron a hablar que se iba a tardar que no había fajita hecha que pidiera otra cosa dije que me esperaba ,me senté y llega el mesero a pedirme las bebidas ya ordenamos y le pregunto que si lleva frijoles el plato dice que no ... despues de rato viene y los trae , después ya de mucho rato trae los tacos y me dice que no hay cebolla asada lista que si los voy a querer.... le dije como que no hay cebolla me contesta.. ay mire ya cumplí con traer la orden ya lo demás no es mi problema 😵💫 le dije a los de la cocina y se quejaron del mesero como si fuera mi problema ... los tacos estaban buenos pero como dije pésimo servicio al cliente , como tienen clientela no les importa si vuelven un cLiente nuevo o no ...Ni modo 🙄

I had the most amazing experience today. It was my first time there & the Staff was so amazing & attentive! There were items on the menu I had never tried & this Foodie was all about it. I was offered samples of the various proteins on the menu as well as samples of the at least 4 different varieties of salsas on the menu... I will most definitely be back!!!
