I’d understand if they were busy, but the restaurant was dead! Manager was on their cellphone while “checking” my order. Never again! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

I have already gone to 2 other branches of La Herradura, the one in San Juan and another in Edinburgh, the truth is I have no complaints about those 2: the excellent service, the impeccable cleanliness of the place, the very delicious food.
The detail with this Milpas branch is that the preparation of what I order is different from the other two, I have been here 3 times, I usually order a synchronized one and in the Milpas branch they put the cheese half-melted or so everything cold, which makes it have a different consistency when it comes to eating.
