I wrote to there main office and have yet to get a response it'll be about a month now. I went to the taqueria la Mexicana on university in edinburg Texas the cashier was rude and so unprofessional, and basically told me you either want your food or you don't deal with it. Apart from that my complete order was wrong which was a family pack combo and when I called to let them know my order was wrong they basically said well you already left the area not much we can do at this point and hung up. I e never had any issues with this restaurant but the one in edinburg Texas makes me not want to go to any of them and to share my story bc I'm sure there are other people who have been treated the same way and nothing gets done by the main office of this establishment.

Never again waitress gave me attitude after she brought me the wrong order and then she said they didn't have flour tortillas my daughter couldn't even eat her tacos cuz they were soaked in the juice of the grilled onions i asked to speak to a manager she never came out is not the first time they mess up my order

Definitely not bistek!! I came in for lunch and ordered the bistek order of 6 corn tacos. When ordered arrived I asked waitress if she had brought the wrong order because I had ordered bistek, to which she responded thah it was. I didn't want to argue with her. Clearly bistek or any beef should not look pale in color. Unless it's old meat or a mixture of mystery meat. I understand restaurants need to cut corners sometime, but why the meat. Maybe its just the location as I haven't been to the one on 23rd in years but definitely not returning.
Called at least 10 times but I don’t think their line is working no one answered. Went in person and waited in the drive thru line yet no one attended the first customer therefore a line accumulated, of at least 6 cars.

Como es que tengo que esperar para comer casi una hora y para variar su comida es un asco,fui porque me habían dicho que buen restaurante más ya vimos que no. Por suerte no vivo en el valle y solo fui una vez ya que estaba de vacaciones por esa zona.

Parillada was salty. The sirloin in the parrillada tasted recooked and service was slow even though there were only 2 customers. Staff was friendly.
