I was just so disappointed today! First, the gentleman at the front counter was not engaging at all, offered no help or assistance when they didn’t have a scanner for my app and their system didn’t recognize my phone number or email. So I wasn’t able to get points for my order and I wasn’t able to redeem one of my rewards. It’s also disappointing that for as much as I paid for a large bowl, the serving size was pitiful. And I paid extra for all veggies and all broccoli, charge for both of those, and still The container wasn’t full.

Tried Teriyaki Madness for the first time yesterday and they absolutely delivered! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection—every bite was a win. The restaurant itself was spotless, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was Aarron. His friendliness and lightning-fast service made me feel genuinely welcome. He went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious teriyaki in a clean, inviting space!

I’m extremely picky about my teriyaki chicken, fried rice made and usually do not have high hopes for cooked veggies. This place not only rocked the food, freshly made and how you want it cooked, the customer service was exceptional. I went during the specials 2-6 specials during the week so I could try the potstickers, $7 chicken bowl and edamame. Wow.. 🤤 The staff kept going to check on us & went above & beyond to make sure we liked our food while we were inside. This is my 2nd time here at this Pharr location and it has beat all the restaurants I’ve been too. Definitely my go to place. Great employees working there not one rude person or bad item I’ve ordered. I highly recommend this place.

Food was good, but before I got here I called to ask if they had the special and a female replied “Uhmm yeah?” Kinda rude. Then at the restaurant the female cashier was putting her hands in her mouth then touching utensils. Over all not bad but those things were kinda disappointing.
