Regarding the 10th st location. Very rude male employee working there. I greeted him when i arrived and he didnt say a word. Just ignored me. After i received my shake i also told him thank you have a good day, and he rolled his eyes. Ill stick to the pharr location from now on.
Business operating hours on google are wrong. I went this morning because it read you open at 8am and you’re closed.

He made me shake that literally tastes like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Off the menu things always hit different. Will definitely be my go to drink and spot to get my work out supplement.

Overpriced and don’t accept returns or exchange. Appreciate the staff that were there to call the GM to verify; just buy it online - you may not have it in your hands that day but you will be able to buy two of whatever you wanted to buy at The Shack.

First time trying a protein shake from this place. My daughter recommended one with pineapple and coconut, it was super refreshing and delicious!
Got a protein powder that staff recommended for my girlfriend. She took one serving, a couple hours later starts to break out real bad. I call and ask if there is anyway we can exchange for something plant based, worked tells me yes no problem, I call the next morning to see if there is anything I need to take. Manager tells me he cannot exchange it, and there’s nothing I can do about it. Good products, staff seems okay, it’s the managers that make it hard for local shops to strive.
