My order wasn't wrong. It was under cooked!! I brought back the food requesting a refund because I had already waited over 40 minutes for my order,and I was not going to wait another 40 minutes. They told me the manager wasn't present so they couldn't refund me. I went the next day and I kindly ask for manager, she acts fed up the minute I approach the counter. I tell her what happened and that I just needed a refund ,she proceeded to roll her eyes and say, She can not refund me all the amount of my order because we took bites out of our food and the dips were used and the corn was eaten half way. I paid $27 dollars for my order and she only refunded me $12
They have a very bad atmosphere!!
Linda was being rude to customers and being very rude to the cook. I understand they were under staffed but there's no reason for her to talk and treat that person that way. This is a food restaurant and a very popular one, why is there only 2 people on staff?
The manager could care less in my opinion by the way she spoke to me. Customer's should be allowed a full refund, specially if they returned the food. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Even tho they are very short on staff and main management for the store is unexcusable , cashier kayla was sweet and still manage to save the atmosphere 👍

Terrible service, they never answer, they just leave you on hold. Better to cut the line and save that money so that you have more employees than if they want to work.

Terrible customer service, didn't get my order right, then argued with me about making it right...after I paid the difference to get my order right. They shouldn't have little girls in charge if they don't know how to communicate with customers.

Evelyn who claims to be manager had an issue with my table . Had a huge attitude . If she doesn't like her job maybe she shouldn't work there. She repeated herself 3 times talking to me like I was dumb cuz I showed her that fries were literally crumbling when I grabbed them
Horrible customer service to me my crew and other people I heard walk in . Then the cook over heard her attitude and gave us fries . Knowing they were bad and crunchy .

I ordered ahead of time and it’s been an hour already. Still waiting. how hard can it be to make some wings ? Get more employees on shift (maybe a manager)or have the people that are just standing there to help out the other guys
 doesn’t matter if u “order online” you will still be waiting & I only come to this Wingstop because it’s closer to me but service is not good ?

Almost everything about this location says it needs to be closed down, if I was the owner I’d probably just can the entire staff and pay more to hire a better and fuller stuff.

Paula for one made the entire experience horrible. She said there would be a 45 min wait and I agreed. Then after an hour I checked on my order to which then she told me with attitude it's going to take 10 to 20 min l longer! Mind you people who ordered after us and phone orders were getting fulfilled before us when they should be going in the order they were received. So after another 30 min they finally call my order and I asked for 2 extra ranches and instead of feeling some kind of empathy that the order took so long, mind you it's also my daughter's birthday, she ignored me for a bit and then with attitude told me that's 2 59 to which I asked, you made me wait an hour and a half when you said 45 min and she said I said 45 min to an hour and I called her out and told her no you said 45 min and never said an hr and had she I could have decided to go else where for my kids day but instead of just apologizing she was completely rude and never one said sorry for the wait and then told me she couldn't give anything for free. I can't believe a restaurant has such horrible service. No one was cleaning the tables they were just piling with trash, there was a frozen TV the entire time the atmosphere was uncomfortable with no friendly service or anything, just a bunch of hungry people upset about the wait. Why yall don't have more staff on weekends I have no idea. The most unorganized staff and on top of it all the fries had no seasoning, my cajun corn was just fried corn, my wings were supposed to be lemon pepper but i might as well have ordered plain because they had no flavor. $80 for a horrible experience and not even the food made up for it. Paula alone runs that place into the ground. I suggest another location yall.
