They gave my order to someone else and didn't even apologize or try and compensate me in anyway. Took them a while to even just remake the order.

Every time i pull up to this wingstop something goes wrong either they have my order wrong or they give me old wings. Something i hate the most is having to pay for food that isn’t good i have given the benefit of a doubt but no this wingstop sucks!!

My reason why only one star because the food was cold my fries were cold the wings cold and the sauce was watery. The cashier was rude to me I told him to put the game and he didn't want to put the game.So I asked a manager in charge if he could put the game and he didn't want to put the game. I would not come back to this Wingstop at all.I am telling people I know not to go to this Wingstop at all.

Terrible service, everyone that works there doesn’t speak english. Asked for utensils one girl understood but she just left to the back to talk to the other employees, had to ask again to another employee and didn’t understand. Asked for voodoo fries but only made half of the fries. Very poor service lack of communication and food is just terribly served.

40 minutes in the restaurant and still waiting for my order, my daughter order before me and she is eating and we're watching. Three more orders before mine. Most of the tables were really dirty. Negotiations to get my money back, took 12 hrs.

Female Manager and front desk employee—both had an excellent attitude and were very helpful. However, the place could really use more staff or better scheduling, especially on the weekends. The wait times were longer than expected, and it was clear the team was doing their best but just overwhelmed. With a few more hands on deck, this place could run much smoother!
