40 minutes in the restaurant and still waiting for my order, my daughter order before me and she is eating and we're watching. Three more orders before mine. Most of the tables were really dirty. Negotiations to get my money back, took 12 hrs.

employee behind the register was rude and didn’t even let us ask any questions about the specials, made us sound dumb when we would ask, and they don’t have much of any drinks available. I don’t come here often but when i do it’s disappointment after disappointment.

Female Manager and front desk employee—both had an excellent attitude and were very helpful. However, the place could really use more staff or better scheduling, especially on the weekends. The wait times were longer than expected, and it was clear the team was doing their best but just overwhelmed. With a few more hands on deck, this place could run much smoother!

This has to be the worse wingstop in the rgv. They took my order at 8:13 and at 8:50 they gave me the wrong order. Spend almost $70

The kids giving our food made a mistake and by the time we went in to get our order fixed they turned off the lights and had already closed the doors. (It was already midnight which is closing hours but we only took a few min to peek and ask for the missing wings we needed, but the children that work there just dance and flirt amongst each other. Very inappropriate and not professional.

I was a doordasher of my last order I just wanted to how long it will take to finish my order. I need to used the lady restroom. He yell at me rude “5 min! Not talking respectful. We all are under pressure environment. Suck it up. Don’t yell at me I am just doing my job orders at DoorDash 🤬.

Small great place for a quick bite. Wings and boneless are ok. I tried the chicken sandwich and it was good. I recommend order ahead online to avoid any waiting time, specially during lunch time.
Placed an online order, got there and because they didn’t have tenders available they canceled the whole order. They didn’t make anything else from the order and when I asked to just get my order without tenders they told me I had to redo it online, they didn’t let me order there in store. I understand if they run out of something but at least make the other 4 items in the order. Not a single thing was ready when we arrived and since the order canceled now I have to wait 7 days for the refund just great

If you are in the mood for some wings and there is not a Buffalo Wild Wings near by, this is your place! The food is solid and priced a little higher then you would like to pay but it is fair non the less. I've been to this location a few times and each time the food is always solid but it would take a little longer then I'm willing to wait, expect a 20-30 minute wait. Other then that, pretty solid restaurant.

They never have the orders ready on time. I ordered the 15 boneless meal and they gave me the smallest “wings” I’ve ever seen. I only come here cause it’s the closest to my house but definitely getting out of hand. Management needs to do something about this.

Workes are negligent of their duties, they are constantly on their phone making and taking calls, the worst part is that they are playing their brainrot songs, I had to wait 45 minutes listening to their awful attempt of music for a 5 piece, I would be ashamed if I was a manager at this terrible restaurant
