Hello, I would like to file a complaint about the service and hygiene practices I witnessed today at your Wingstop location.
When I went in to place an order, one of the cooks spoke to me very rudely, telling me that there were no bone-in wings and no fries—only boneless and corn. If basic menu items are not available, I don’t understand why the location is even open.
On top of that, I observed multiple hygiene issues. One female employee wearing a polo shirt took cash, put it away in a corner near the register, and walked straight into the kitchen without washing her hands, then began preparing fries (which I had just been told were not available).
Additionally, another employee was cooking while wearing earbuds, and kept adjusting them repeatedly with his hands and immediately continuing to handle food without washing them. This is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable for any food establishment.
I hope these issues are addressed immediately, as this experience was very unprofessional, disappointing, and concerning from a health and safety standpoint.

Want to gave a special shout out to Alex, she called me before I realized my meal had a mistake, she was kind enough to let me know and remake my order! Really liked how kind and nice she was went in for my replacement the next day it was fast and easy and food was fresh! Thank you Nolana team

the boneless “wings” were the size of pennies and crumbs. they had no sauce on them and all of our food was thrown in the bags with the boxes open. management was rude, not helpful whatsoever, and told us to try and get a refund with uber eats when the uber eats app didn’t even get our order wrong… it was the restaurant that ruined our order. don’t come here, it was a waste of money and the staff is careless.

The cashier was absolutely nice about my huge order lol and the staff didn’t take long to make which I was supper surprised. Have never had such a good experience with a Wingstop take out love it thank you 💕

What’s the whole point of doing an online order for a future time, placed my order at 5:45pm for 8:30pm that same day plenty of time and when I get there they tell me I have to wait cuz there are 5 order ahead of mine….don’t know who’s running this circus show but other locations have them ready on time .

Waited more than an hour and wings and fries cold so dissatisfied there's no adult working here only teenagers playing around with food this is crazy how can't they hire responsible people

Boneless regular hot wings and barbecue wings just tasted good. I have been to other Wingstop's but at this place employees were with a very happy attitude. That was a surprise, they do value their work. Just next time I visit not to add salt to my fries.
