A friend placed an order for carry out and I went to the Magnolia location to pick it up. They didn't have it and when I asked if they could check at this location, Hardin Store Rd. They said it was a different company. When I looked it up on maps finding all domino's locations and it didn't show that there was one at Hardin Store. I called the next one at 2978 and was on the phone on hold the whole drive and when I walked in the phone was ringing and no one was attending the front counter. I'm not putting it all on Domino's, but the time on hold I could of checked again on maps and possibly it would of come up the next time like it did when I was at the 2978 location.

As a former employee , I would not eat here . The management is horrible , the store is disgusting . The store is actually going downhill so bad the General Manager Mia has to leave herself a review because her ratings are so bad. Things barely get cleaned, the dishes are never done correctly. Try tomball , much better location :)

I have been ordering from this location for quite some time now. Majority of my orders have all been delivery and a dessert of some kind. I must say, this location has always delivered hot and fresh to my door. I’m obsessed with their cookie marble brownie and highly recommend!

Terrible. I ordered a pizza, arrived to pickup only to find that the limited staff (2) were completely overwhelmed. Pizzas stacked everyone in no apparent system. My order of course was not ready and they told me to wait. Eventually people that placed orders well after me come and go with their pizza. The staff figured out that my pizza was sitting there for who knows how long. I’ve been standing in front of the cash register the entire time. 37 minutes later, they hand me my cold order.

Spent over $50 on a pizza and a drink. Paid for delivery paid for tip only pizza was delivered. They said they would bring back the drink by the time the drink got here the pizza was cold called up there and got nothing but the worst attitude in the world from the manager Mia and some other lower form of management. Said they were too busy to talk to me and traffic was the reason. I drove up there 5 minutes later found out it was all lies. Extremely confrontational terrible service terrible food terrible experience steer clear 100% from these idiots and this location. It's the worst service I've ever had.

On my last delivery order I was shorted about $15 worth of items. I called and after 3 times of getting no answer, I finally spoke with someone. They said the driver must have forgotten it and they would check. I didn’t really want it delivered 30 minutes later ice cold and stale, but luckily for me it never was. They never called me back or refunded the money. I left a complaint with corporate Dominos and that resulted in zero response as well. There are several other pizza places that deliver to our area. I would use those before I’d order from here. The food from this Dominos is also the worst Dominos pizza I’ve had.

0 stars! Absolutely the worst Location, Never have I ever had a normal experience. From not delivering the correct order, to handing the pizza over like it’s a piece of paper. No consideration to keep it warm. Or it will take 2 hours & they will do nothing to make it right. I couldn’t even imagine what the kitchen looks like. Never again. Spend your money elsewhere people.

Just had the staff cancel my order despite ordering it 20 minutes before they closed. It was not a large order. I'm attaching a screen shot to show the store was still open (they were open until midnight), and I ordered it at 1140pm. These people are lazy. They also took the phone off the hook or something because it's non stop busy. I'm going to call corporate and report this tomorrow as well as speak to the manager of the store and report this. People are not going to learn until there are repercussions.
Consistently good food and service here. They do not skimp on toppings, follow directions, and the delivery person is always so kind and pleasant! Thank you!

After moving down the road but apparently off the grid it has been fun to find delivery. Cheyenne has gone out of her way to call me (twice) to let me know I did it wrong and how to fix it. Best customer service I've seen in a very long time. :)
