I’ve came here multiple times before and it’s always the same issue: cold food . Tonight, I went through the drive thru and my fries were extremely cold and stale. I told my boyfriend to let the guy know they were cold, he took the fries and put the same fries in a new bag and handed them back to us. Still cold and stale. I’ve worked in fast food before. I don’t understand why you’d give me cold fries not once but twice! And expect someone not to complain. I would understand if they were busy but bro.. there was nobody in that line.

This is a newer McDonald's. Most orders are placed at the touch screen instead of the counter, so staff is more focused on getting food out faster. Good thing they don't have the kids' playground anymore . I makes it more peaceful when you eat.

McDonald's is totally different now that they put that wall up and it seems like everybody has to use the or put their own orders in so it's like we don't have any connection with the people that are working there and I don't like that in a lot of people say the same thing
Disgusting food hard, stale, not fit to serve an animal. Service chaotic, from drive up ordering to $ window employee not responding to confusion and miscommunication at pick up got home with little kids and order was wrong,,,had to cook instead. Waste of time, money and inconvenience to go and spend $14.00 for 3 very unhappy meals and 3 hungry upset defrauded children
