It took over 15 minutes to get one order of food. I was the only person there, I saw multiple employees just playing in the parking lot. My "bacon" breakfast burrito had less than one piece of bacon on it

This Sonic is hit and miss. And forget about getting coffee with cream or milk because sometimes it’s sour. They miss condiments when ordered thru the app and lately their ice machine has been on the fritz for weeks. The ice machine was working fine once everything was up and running after Hurricane Beryl so not sure why they can’t fix it now. I have to drive down to Tomball to but a bag of Sonic ice.
