Kid working behind the counter spent almost 10 minutes just talking to a customer. I had placed an online order 25 mins prior to arriving and he hadnt even began. He had a line but continued to talk. Update. He got both orders completely wrong and over toasted one of the sandwiches when I went back to get it remade after driving 10 minutes and him hanging up on me when I called the store. He made the one sandwich and then proceeded to call his manager and tell them who knows what only for him to call me and say im no longer welcome. He acted completely unprofessional while I was in the store talking about its my last day. And any other time ive been in there hes talking about how hes sick and they made him work. The kid is completely unprofessional and hopefully it is his last day but ive been going to this location for 3 years now and have never had a single issue with the staff

This place is always out of stuff. They are either out of multiple meats, or multiple sauces, and half the time don't have one or the other in order to complete many of the sandwiches. It's very frustrating. Who ever is in charge of ordering supplies needs to be retrained or fired.

We ordered in the app and they messed up both of our breads. I paid for double meat on an outlaw steak and cheese making it a double cheese also. There was hardly any meat or cheese on it. Of course, it’s my fault for not checking before I left. I assumed making sandwiches is fairly simple and they would be right. Assuming got me this time.

Subway has gotten rid of the flat bread sandwich and replaced the flat bread with the same thing the use far there wraps. It is paper thin and turns into a cracker sandwich after it is heated up. I always enjoyed subway but I am not eating at their restaurants any more. Good job losing customers in hard times.

Ordered on the app. Got a call that night after ordering that they were out of both the meats needed or my subs. The guy then said I’d get a refund which I haven’t got three days later. Maybe update your app to show what you’re out of if the refund process sucks

Service in the evenings is crap. You are not greeted when you come in, and the lady working completely ignores you until she’s ready take your order. The worst thing was this lady was on the phone, has her earbuds in having a conversation. Just wow!
