We’ve been here several times and each time the service has gotten worse. The service is deplorable. They are understaffed and the staff has no idea what the beer list is. Every time we’ve gone there we have someone different and they all reply with “go up to the bar to see our beer list”. The food is good but each time we wind up missing orders, food was incorrect, missing items that go with the food. I’ve had to read out the menu to the servers to tell them what is missing from the entree ordered. It’s just really bad. The last 2 times the beer was warm. When we said something they said it’s been like that for a while. It’s always dead there and I’m not surprised.

We go there alot, and we sure so love the place, but we were the other day and they changed the pretzels.. now you get this really big 1..must say it doesn't taste the same..must of changed the beer cheese also..go back to the original stuff please....have lived in many different states and they hands down have the very best Ruben sandwich...please don't change that.. Love the place

We met the owner, great people, amazing hospitality, made us feel welcome and special.
AND…the food was amazing! My wife is Reuben connoisseur…she said they absolutely hands down have the worlds best Reuben sandwich! We will be back!!!

We had the worst service I have ever received tonight. Literally, the worst service ever. If I listed all that was wrong this review would be pages. My chief complaint is after 3 hours we were still missing 2 meals. Our waiter would smirk and say, " they are cooking as fast as they can". No, you don't serve 8 of the 10 at a table. In earnest, we waited another HOUR on a hamburger and nachos before we finally gave up. Sadly, we had to feed two of our group at Whataburger. I'd love for the owner to reach out to discuss our experience. Granted, we tried our level best to resolve our issues in-house, but the owner was too busy to speak.

The good:The Brisket Sammich is pretty good and the waitress was friendly.The bad:Beers are not good - to the point that after trying 2 different in house beers we swapped to Budweiser. My husband, who has 11 years of microbrew experience, said if he could score it a negative 5 he would. Also the stout is in a small glass, probably 6 or 8 oz for $7 while a pint is $6, but the volume difference is not stated (or at least it wasn't explained by the waitress when listing what beers were on offer).Speaking of prices, the charged prices do not match the menu prices, which apparently the restaurant owners are well aware of because on the ticket it literally states: "Prices on receipt reflect the cost increase from suppliers. Sorry if it varies from menu prices." I'm sorry but I've worked restaurants (doing the accounting and costing) for many years and it's not okay to just increase prices without reflecting it on the menu. If you need to raise prices, fine, but you can't just do it without informing your customer prior to ordering.The bathrooms are ridiculous. Stalls have fabric curtains and there are holes in the walls where plumbing can be seen. Rustic is one thing, degraded or dilapidated is another.All in all, because of the dishonesty regarding the billing and the poor quality of beer, we will not be returning.

Great place for drinks, dinner, or a planned party with a meal. Plenty of parking. Unfortunately, the band and dance area is not accessible to handicapped individuals. Overall, it's a great place to go out and have a great time. By the way, I am a disabled veteran that needs some assistance, but I really had a great time. Thanks

Cool little watering hole for the locals. It was pretty obvious that we weren't from there. It was a little weird and awkward but fine.
