The chicken was so good. The crust was just right and meat was moist. I had the chicken salad. Tomato and lettuce carrots were all very fresh

I didn't go in. Drive through was a tight turn around the building. But managed. I was in a truck, smaller vehicle would have been easier. Windows server was very pleasant and friendly. The food was OK. I liked my experience there more than the food. But I'd go back.

Great experience. Clara is the best employee to have. Efficient, friendly and all the employees seems to love working with her. I’ve never walked in GC without her saying hello and having a big smile on her face. She really looks like she nuts her job!!!

Another Golden chick offers free rolls; this one charges for each roll after your first. Service was cold, and a bit slow, but the food tasted good. I'll probably stick with the one I usually go to - better attitude, service, and food.

Ordered the 2 piece catfish expecting normal size catfish fillets and got itty bitty ones and they decided it was a good idea to smush my fries. Also asked for a couple side of zing sauce and didn’t get those. I’m disappointed and mad.
Edit: when I bit into my catfish pieces it was nothing but corn meal. Where was the fish?! I don’t have a clue. This was the worst meal I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even enjoy the itty bitty pieces of what were supposed to be fish.. never going back.

Great food, but cleanliness is awful. All the tables and seating are dirty. Employees walking around and no one cleaning. We have had to clean our own table each time we ate here.

Ordered a kids chicken strip meal, he ask what side and what drink. Fries and a Pepsi. Got to the window, handed me he sack, no drink. Where is the drink? I doesn't come with a drink. Since when, and why did you ask me what drink if it doesn't come with a drink? Kids with no common sense, or work ethic. Golden Chic I see trouble in your future.
