My husband and I come at least twice a week to come eat here, preferably when Ashley is there in the evening. In the past we just stopped coming here because our food was cold every time and our drinks would stay empty. Ashley's service made us start coming back! Our food comes out just how we ask him to tell the kitchen to make it and our drinks stay full the entire time.Very polite professional young man.

Pleasantly surprised,IHOP in a truck stop/gas station...had some reservations but it was all good. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly. Prices were reasonable. I will be back.

We waited for 20 minutes and when nobody came to take our drink order, there was two other tables that had gotten seated after us who had already gotten their drink and food order in. When I mentioned it to a waitress to see if they could take our order she said that all the iPads Were being used so she couldn’t take mine. We ended up walking out. I am super understanding when it comes to establishments being busy, but this is unacceptable. There should be enough iPad to take the orders for everybody. Especially when you came in before the last two tables and they are being served their food and it’s been 20 to 30 minutes and you haven’t even gotten your drink order taken. We will not be coming back.

Have not been to an IHOP since I moved from Jackson, TN where the food was great and the place packed. Went today 7-19-25, only 2 other people in there. The seats are ripped up. The owner is not taking care of the place. I ordered the ham and cheese omelet and hash browns. First the omelet, it was more of a ham and cheese pancake. Could not taste eggs in them. I know they add pancake batter to it but if I wanted pancakes, I would have ordered pancakes. Now to the hash browns, what hash browns, they give you mainly 3 bites. I have loved IHOP in the past but this experience, I should have gone to Whataburger, better food and less price.
