Pittsburg, TX McDonalds has received a failing grade from me over not being able to get a frappe. A couple of weeks ago, I tried to get one, but was told the machine was down. Just sat in the outside lane and watched 3 cars who pulled up after me get their order taken. When I spoke I was told, “Don’t yell at me I’m working the register too.” I didn’t yell. I said “Hey, why do you keep skipping me!” I’m currently at Sonic and receiving excellent service. I won’t be back to this location. Some retraining obviously needs to be done.
