Waited at curbside for over an hr even though they clicked where it looked like my food had been delivered. I went inside where no one acknowledged me or any of the other mad customers. French fries all over the kitchen floor. Finally got my food only for order to be wrong. Got into car went to grab a fry only for them to be ice cold. I will never be back to this location. Pittsburg, TX McDonalds has received a failing grade from me over not being able to get a frappe. A couple of weeks ago, I tried to get one, but was told the machine was down. We stopped again today, only to be told that they couldn’t do that because the machine was cleaning. Today, it was 10:36 pm and they don’t close until

Just sat in the outside lane and watched 3 cars who pulled up after me get their order taken. When I spoke I was told, “Don’t yell at me I’m working the register too.” I didn’t yell. I said “Hey, why do you keep skipping me!” I’m currently at Sonic and receiving excellent service. I won’t be back to this location. Some retraining obviously needs to be done.
