So me and my fiancé came here simply to get a frappe and a drink with a large fry. We ordered at the kiosk then paid at the counter. The worker sounded a little annoyed but I paid no mind I’ve worked at McDonald’s before I know it can be frustrating. After paying a woman comes in and said she didn’t have her drinks the young man who came to help her was very kind and professional and helped her get those drinks. She had also not gotten bacon on a sandwich she had wanted bacon on it was at this point that the heavy set dark skinned woman who had helped us pay came back up without even asking this woman for a receipt she rudely told her “you didn’t have that.” At first we brushed it off thought maybe the customer had been rude this employee proceeds to come back to the counter after we had been waiting a while and address us as “you two”in a very disrespectful manner just to tell us they couldn’t make the frappe we had paid for offered to make us something else no big deal. We then receive our new drinks and what was supposed to be a large fry. It was not a large fry it was a small. Again I understand people have bad days but when I went to the counter and informed her of this she rolled her eyes then went to get the bag then very rudely told us she couldn’t take the other fries as we had touched them usually I wouldn’t complain but she acted as though we were diseased very disrespectful and I don’t say this often as I know people are struggling but I hope she gets fired she obviously doesn’t want the job anyway and does not belong in costumer service if she’s going to be that disrespectful to customers.

Didn't get what I ordered at all, their frappé machine was down, which i understand, but the cashier called us over by saying "you two" and waving us over in a very rushed and rude way instead of calling us by our order number. After that, she tells us we can't get our drinks, so we need to order something else, not even offering us a refund she insisted we just order something else. Then she gave us a small fry instead of the large that we ordered and took over 5 minutes to come to us even though she saw us waiting. She then gives us a look and says "i cant take that back yall already touched it" which i completely understand i worked in fast food i know they cant take the fries back but the way she said it made it sound like i was diseased and i take alot of offense to that. This lady also couldn't seem to get anyone elses order in the store right. She needs to be let go.

Went in this morning, ordered 2 egg McMuffin, couldn't find it on the register, 2 apple pie, 1large mocha, unavailable,1 medium coffee, when the order finally arrived, short a McMuffin, I was told I only ordered one. WRONG, still waiting for coffee, " I have to make a pot!", REALLY!! After another ten minutes waiting for coffee, I went to my vehicle, egg McMuffin Burnt, apple pies VERY Cold. A really big disappointment. Glad I don't live there.

Multiple times where I’ve been to the drive through speaker for 5-10 minutes and no one acknowledges. Rather just leave and go to donut shop across the street.

I recommend not come here they messed up on several orders were rude there to busy talking in back not being professional McDonald’s staff they acting like kids while customers were waiting at counter 2 worker’s walked by pure lazy ness I’ll never come back please for the love of god seen a real professional to clean up this rodeo tables nasty not cleaned off won’t refill drinks because to busy talking and laughing fire them it makes McDonald’s look bad there getting a check not working getting paid to talk the hell with that place

Messed up big time on my order there is to much playing in this McDonald's and talking should be more professional and focusing on customers watched one person walk out for waiting over a hour trying to get a refill on a drink poor person walked after an employee walked past the person pure unprofessional and lazynes need a professional manager to run a better McDonald's
Possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced.
1. Self order kiosks 1 out of 4 were working.
2. Wait at counter for an employee to notice you and take your order.....about 5 minutes.
3. Order food then wait another 24 minutes for food to show up. And of course, order is incorrect.
4. Place needs to be cleaned.
I have a feeling probably understaffed.

We ordered through the mobile app a few minutes after 11, and drive-thru hours listed on the door said open until midnight- we couldn’t get anyone to help us. One worker walked away when I knocked on the window, the other just sat at a table on her phone, even though multiple cars were trying to get their food. If they’re not open, they need to update their hours and the McDonald’s app.

The food was fine—typical McDonald’s Big Mac, fries, and fountain drink. However this was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had in all my travels. (And I travel a lot! Even internationally.) The service was so slow that it was nonexistent. I would recommend that you just keep on traveling elsewhere to stop. Unless you, like several who came in, just want to hang out and visit with the understaffed, unmotivated restaurant team. They move quickly to get to talk. Even the heavyset team member who was up on a chair working on the exit door didn’t step down to let us pass. “Y’all just come on. Just squeeze through,” he says.

The lady at the intercon was a little deaf. I ask for the breakfast special sausage with coffee, 12 sugars. She gave me bacon and medium coffee. The special come with small coffee. Up grade cost .40 more. I told her that was not what I ordered. She had to call a manager to get an understanding of what I said. I pull up to the second window and the go based on what she said, not what I ordered. I will not be returning there again. The entrance isn't handicap ready

Ordered on the mobile app. After 30 minutes I had not received my food. They refused to issue me a refund and would not offer any assistance. They were busy. But that doesn’t mean that they get to refuse a customer assistance. All I wanted was my money back so that I could leave and they would not do it.

After traveling all day my younger brother and I pulled into the parking lot at 10:20 and when entering we were quickly told they are closed and to leave (door says 11:00PM)?? Like getting close to us to get us out quicker? It was very uncomfortable….I mean yeah I get it, who wants to actually work on Halloween, but why be rude? I now wish I would’ve given the same energy that was thrown at us 🤢 sonic across the street was open and happy to have our business!
