I’ve only lived here 4 yrs. But my kids love McDonalds. Although it can be frustrating with the wait I also understand the understaff issues. But only a few times did I have something missing or wrong . 90% of the time the attitudes were good considering the amount of rude customers they probably deal with on a daily. They are doing a great job & no way I would be as calm or nice with some people that come thru the lines.
The lady at the intercon was a little deaf. I ask for the breakfast special sausage with coffee, 12 sugars. She gave me bacon and medium coffee. The special come with small coffee. Up grade cost .40 more. I told her that was not what I ordered. She had to call a manager to get an understanding of what I said. I pull up to the second window and the go based on what she said, not what I ordered. I will not be returning there again. The entrance isn't handicap ready
When I walked in it was difficult to find a table that wasn’t dirty. It wasn’t that busy so someone could have wiped the tables down. I placed a mobile order using the app and picked table service. This means I will be dining in. When my order was ready it was NOT brought to the table and it was in a to go bag. Apparently table service isn’t respected here. I just moved to Pittsburg, tx and was expecting small town hospitality. I was surely disappointed with my first visit.
