Absolutely hands down the best brisket that my wife and I have eaten in East Texas. We have eaten brisket in Jefferson, Longview, Tyler, Texarkana, and surrounding other smalle cities. From the time we walked in we were welcomed and shown where to go and what to do. the employees were extremely nice and courteous as we went through the line. Small little restaurant in the cut. BBQ is delicious. We got a family platter to share with my family while we were visiting out of town. I live in Colorado so getting some actually authentic Texas BBQ was like a refresh to my pallet. Also the staff and owner create a family environment so go and eat with the family. You won't regret it.
Not a bad little spot for good food, hanging with friends, and entertainment. Staff was helpful and friendly. Margaret was very knowledgeable with food and margaritas! Meat is pit smoked. 👍
