I ordered a cinnamon roll last week & it was delicious. Stopped by tonight @ 830 & ordered one, got home & it was ice cold. How hard would it have been for y'all to heat it up. Good thing I was coming home & have a microwave so I can finish your job. 🙄😒

My husband and I used to come to this Whataburger every Wednesday but the last two times we have been there the person taking the order was very slow and the order came out cold. I would love to see this Whataburger get back to being good again! It would be nice if the manager would have people working who could really do their job properly and take pride in what they are doing.

I waited 45 minutes for 3 meals on a Monday evening. There was 3 other people that also waited 45+ minutes before us. Meanwhile 7 cars went through the drive through yet my food was still not out. If I could’ve left zero stars I damn sure would’ve. 45 minutes is NOT fast food. I have a food handlers btw.. yall can put more than one burger on the grill at a time. Maybe stop getting high in the bathroom and actually focus on your job.

If you like getting different food than what you asked for, having to ask for napkins and ketchup, being served a salad with no silverware and paying too much money for a very mediocre experience while eating in a freezer, come here. It's very clean, though.
