“Of all the bakeries, donut shops, and desserts along Highway 70 in Texas, Tasty Donuts is the top rated of them all based on crowd-sourced online reviews. So I stopped by while traversing the entire length of Highway 70, and I'm glad that I did! It absolutely lives up to the hype!

The maple donut is impossibly light and airy with a beautiful maple frosting. But the strawberry long john, recommended by the girl who took my order, is the star of the show! With soft dough, a wonderful strawberry frosting, and cream that is freshly pumped into the donut right before your eyes, this is a masterpiece! Tasty Donuts is truly a marvelous donut shop on a different level!“

“I forgot to leave this review the day I visited, but I had to come back and do it.

I pulled up at 2:11 PM looking to grab half a dozen donuts for an unbelievable price, and they had just been made fresh. This is not an exaggeration—these were easily the best donuts I've ever had, especially at this price point. They were warm, perfectly crisp, and absolutely delicious.

We tried the glazed and chocolate donuts, and both were top-tier. The strawberry and cherry were great too and made for a nice switch-up from the classics.

I used to come here as a kid, but as an adult I'm appreciating this place even more. Fresh donuts, great prices, and amazing quality. 10/10—I'll definitely be back.“
