I was given a burger that was over TWELVE hours old! My daughter almost ate it, but she noticed it was not hot!!!!!! called the store and the manager on duty did everything except call me a liar. disgusting 🤢
Messed up order and employee was extremely rude about it after wait! When manager was addressed, her attitude was the same ... just as rude! A sincere apology would have went a long way!
Went thru the the drive thru and the lady was about the rudest thing you could encounter customer service wise while I was giving my order. Other customers in other cars were staring and appalled by her behavior also. When I got to the window she was working at I asked her if that was her and she straight up lied but it was the same voice and attitude I got at the screen to order so I let her know it was her based on the attitude she was giving me at that time also. The staff are welcoming and nice people. Service is about normal for a McDonalds. There are a lot of employee turnovers. Not long ago the quality and service was excellent, but it has declined significantly from its once stellar reputation. Parking is available with 10-15 spots on the south and north sides of the building, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
