Love this place. When the coffee is good it is incredible. Only complaint is there is some inconsistency in the prep of the lattes. Sometimes it tastes so good and other times the drink is off. Have noticed mostly when new staff or staff I don’t recognize prep the drinks.

The matcha tastes like grass and is very gritty but the syrups are great and unique flavors. I hope they bring back the brown butter sage for winter!

Beyond having some of the best coffee and pastries, they really care about their customers. I grab a coffee and food from them most mornings since I work from home, and this time of year it’s fairly dark when I go to the shop.

This morning there was a person standing outside that made me a bit nervous (this NEVER happens, super safe area). I expressed my concern mainly to make them aware just in case and, without missing a beat, one of the baristas told me they’d walk me out to make sure the person didn’t bother me.

Absolutely above and beyond service, they remember my name, my order, and make sure it is a safe environment for everyone to enjoy. A review from me is way overdue considering how often i enjoy their services - Thank you all for helping me start my mornings and for caring about your customers!

There's a ghostly character sitting out front in October, and a lil'Tramp watches you handle your business in one of the bathrooms but its still a great place! Good coffee, sandwiches, and pastries food and caffeine served by warm, welcoming staff. Typical coffee house vibe with people sitting around on laptops (wifi), tables, others on couches in conversation, nice lighting, tables and chairs outside, wide sidewalk for watching life happen in Plano.

Nice place to remote work or just talk to with friends, I love chocolate chip muffin it is plenty of chocolate chips, and flavor is good, I'll be back for sure.

I come here all the time I have visits with my caseworker and wouldn't go anywhere else for my visits almost all the staff know me and are absolutely wonderful and friendly
