Absolute rudest staff one existence and crappy platform. There was a Christmas cake deal that was not working in the app and spoke to a rep on the phone who didn’t say anything about the “offer working in the app only” . Drove 45 minutes to be told you’re gonna get ripped off, it’s a “corporate thing”. Scam and terrible place. Been going there for years and it keeps getting worse. Never going to 85° in general.

Needs to be more consistent on their sea salt coffee.... it doesn't taste like sea salt....just regular foam.

We stop here everytime we visit Dallas to stock up when we go back to Kansas. Kim was very kind and helpful. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere because it always is a bit messy on the tables and floor around them, but they are busy.

Got a sea salt coffee and it tasted horrendous I’ve already had this coffee 3 different times from the other stores and it’s my favorite but this tastes like coffe and water there was no flavor at all I’m disappointed in this was looking forward to it this morning

Staff is always friendly, the bakery items are so good and always taste fresh. Perfect place to grab desserts, boba, breakfast items, the bakery items can be given as a gift. The cakes here are perfect for any occasion. The chocolate and mango mousse cups are a couple of my favorites

Our go to place. Love it here.
But off late, a couple of times, we got bits and pieces of plastic from their pastries (to be precise from spinach/kale danish). Maybe their quality check standards have gone down? We have already informed them. Hope they correct it.
