Sea Salt Carmel Cold coffee is a must. My fiancée swears by this and prefers it over Starbucks, Dutch Bros and even Dunkin. Strawberry season is my absolute favorite but I cannot leave without a ham and cheese. Smoothies are delicious and being able to add boba is a plus.

We go to this location every time we visit the Dallas area from Oklahoma about once a month. All of the pastries are fresh and melt in your mouth good. The milk toast white bread is thick cut and perfect for a huge Dagwood style sandwich. The sweet pastries are flavorful without being too sweet. The Vietnamese iced coffee packs such a punch!!!

Good assortment of savory and sweet breads. My favorite was the salted butter bread, sugar cream cheese brioche, and spinach kale danish. The inside gets pretty busy during peak hours. The line was a bit long the 3 times I went to this location. It can get a little rowdy if you are trying to look for a cafe to study. I would more recommend coming here to grab fresh treats and go.

I went there twice already the first time it was good I liked it because I was just trying it out and I live in the neighborhood I forgot what about the first time but I know that I bought a mousse cake didn't like it too much but it was okay but the second time I bought two things which I loved it I forgot the name of this bread that I bought but I will go back so I say this place is a plus
