Gourmet Affogato, is my favorite thing to order at Amorino. They have so many delicious gelato flavors.
my first experience with Gelato and im glad I came to this place. it was awesome with great service
Beautiful gelato, heavenly taste!!
This place has a magical allure, yet it always seems to have a long line. I decided to try three flavors on a cone: tiramisu, hazelnuts, and pistachios. The gelato was delicious, but I found the portions to be small and the prices a bit steep.
The I cream was good but the boy who helped me was really bothered with me . I didn’t know u had to order at the kiosk first but he proceeded to ask me how he can help me and I said may I try the.. he cut me off and told me that I had to order first then I can have a sample and I responded with I don’t know what I want … he interrupted me again and was like once you order then you can have as many samples as you want. I mean I don’t know much about working at an ice cream shop but I can’t imagine it getting so stressful to the point where you’re blatantly rude. At the end I told him how beautiful he made my cone and he just stared at me and said nothing. What a weird vibe, it’s sad because the product is amazing.
We LOVE Amorino’s!!! Every time we are around Plano, we have to stop!!!
I recently visited this ice cream shop and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting—clean, bright, and filled with the sweet aroma of freshly made waffle cones. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and eager to offer samples and suggestions, which made choosing a flavor even more enjoyable.
The variety of flavors available was impressive, ranging from classic favorites like chocolate and vanilla to more unique options like lavender honey, pistachio rose, and sea salt caramel. Each scoop was rich, creamy, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. I tried the toasted coconut and brown butter pecan, and both were absolutely delicious—balanced in flavor, not overly sweet, and incredibly satisfying.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in presentation, from the perfectly rounded scoops to the beautifully crafted cones. Prices were fair for the quality and portion sizes. They also had dairy-free and vegan options, which is a huge plus for those with dietary restrictions.
Overall, this ice cream shop exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, it’s definitely worth a visit. I’ll absolutely be returning soon to try more flavors!
Amazing flavors!
Loved the variety of flavours. Hazelnut chocolate is my favorite. The cute flower shaped cones, the macaroons and the location added a nice touch
Mango is outstanding.

Amazing gelato and Vaughn was incredibly kind, helpful and spent time helping us pick the perfect dessert for our evening. We will be back!
No sign out front that says you can only order at kiosk/ipad. We waited in line just for them to tell us we could only order at iPad and then were put to the back of the line so it took an extra 10 minutes. I’d recommend adding a sign or something that simple.! Staff was not friendly either and wouldn’t take our order in person and made us get back in line just to order at the iPad.
Von was super helpful and friendly!
