A few weeks ago, I had an issue with my Uber Eats order from Amorino—I ordered a Duetto but received the wrong item. When I reached out, they assured me they would replace it and told me to call ahead before coming in.

Three weeks later, I called to finally arrange the replacement and simply asked if they could include it in a new Uber Eats order I was placing. However, instead of honoring their original promise, they told me I now needed to email the manager. It’s frustrating to receive conflicting information after they had already confirmed they would provide a replacement.

I hope they figure it out—it's not a bad place, and I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but treating customers this way is disappointing.

The ice cream is great. We've had it in multiple countries, but this location did not do a good job of putting it together.

The gelato tastes great, but they don’t give good portions considering the high prices. We asked for chocolate syrup but they put it at the bottom of the cup without asking, so we had to mix both flavors together just to get to the chocolate syrup, which kind of defeated the purpose of getting 2 different flavors. We personally would have preferred to have the syrup on the top of the gelato. Just some advice, I would ask the customers if they want the chocolate syrup on top or at the bottom of the cup; some people like us might not know that y’all put it at the bottom of the cup.

The service was awful. We had ordered a La Bella Waffle
Gianduja Sauce, Pistachio Sauce, Crushed Hazelnuts, Gelato Macaron. We ended up getting only the waffle with gianduja sauce and pistachio sauce....

Some good Italian style ice cream here. Had one with chocolate flavour and it was good. Though tried mango next time and loved that more.

I walked in and waited in line, only for them to tell me that I had to use a self-serve kiosk in order to even try flavors. After paying almost $8, I then received the smallest ice cream scoop known to man. The gelato itself was fine, but nowhere was good enough to justify $8 for such a small portion. I can get an entire pint of gelato at the store for $5. I can get an entire cup of fresh custard from Andy's for less than $4. There is no reason for gelato to be $8 for such a small portion.

The pistachio gelato macaron is spectacular, highly recommended. Of course the coffee drinks are great.
