Pizza was good but service was AWFUL. Our waiter completely missed one of our pizzas, so we had to wait 20 minutes for him to even come check on us once we ate some of the first and asked if we wanted a to go box, I had to reply that we were still waiting on another pizza. He had to go put it in and then cook it, which took another 15-20 minutes. Needless to say, the kids were starving and antsy. The rest of the time he was either MIA or rushing past us. Our drinks never got refilled, either, the whole meal. It was awful.

The best pizza in DFW, Chicago style.
great place!
Great place! Pizza is always hot and fresh, super cheesy and well-made. This is my wife and I's new favorite place to get pizza.
They forgot my drink and the manager of the store brought my drink and a cake. That’s going the extra mile and out of his way to keep the customer happy
We tried the Chicago and Philly tavern style and both were good and good service.
Decent pizza, but there are better pizzas to be had for a better price in Plano. Service was high school kids with very short attention spans that had to be constantly reminded to refill drinks and bring utensils to the table. Quantity of food was good, so expect leftovers.
Really good pizza. I enjoyed my vegetarian pizza and cheese pizza. Service was great too especially with so many of us.
It was very good, Pizza, Salads, Pasta and Chicken Parmigiana !
We’ll definitely go back

Great food reasonably priced.
Wow so happy I found this place thanks to uber eats! I used to LOVE Picassos restaurants and was sad when I heard they closed down. Didn’t know they also owned this restaurant which has the same menu and the buttercrust pizza I love! Great tasty food! 🙌🏻
Had heard through the Lake Highlands grapevine during a chance encounter at Fish City Grill that Andrews was owned by the same good folks that operated the three Picasso's locations that had abruptly closed down several years ago, so of course I had to make the trek from Garland to Plano to try it out. Was NOT disappointed.
Stayed there with an associate three hours on a Friday afternoon and experienced their fine patio dining on an unusually mild May weekday after a challenging week. Even though they front to Preston Road, the traffic noise was mild and we had no trouble carrying on a conversation. Eavh of us tried an appetizer, entree, and dessert, and all three were great. Our server - Cynthia - was attentive throughout our unusually long visit (we were enjoying it so much we didn't want to leave and frankly had a lot from which to unwind from the previous M-F).
Will definitely be putting this restaurant on my habitual circuit ... even though it is a bit off my usual beaten path, the destination is well worth the trip.
The staff was very personable & the food was delicious!! I tried the Chicago style pizza for the first time & instantly fell in love. The lasagna bites had the perfect amount of crispiness.
I would never go to a big pizza chain again if I lived near Andrew’s
Very good place to dine. Very nice food as advised by my friends. We had pizza and their special wings.
