Wonderful experience! Loved being able to book table ahead. They were ready to seat us upon arrival. Service was very good & attentive. Dinner with friends & we were able to talk for several hours. Portions were Huge! I ate part last nite, part at lunch today & will have another meal from it!! Great Value!!!

The only restaurant this year to seat us on time with our reservation, and the place was packed with people! I respect that they honor those who book ahead and were gracious despite the furor of the evening! We had a drink that was made perfectly. I recommend a Bullit Rye Manhattan. The Shrimp Di Avalo was so tasty!

We had a wonderful evening celebrating my son‘s 21st birthday. He has to go to Maggiano's for his birthday so he could bring his friends girlfriend and her mother. Craig took care of us and did a wonderful wonderful job.

We have been regular customers of Maggiano's since our daughter's were 2 & 5. Now 20 & 23. We came to Maggiano's for Thanksgiving and to our astonishment, the manager, Jeff Johnson, had passed a few months prior. Our food was nothing less than amazing, but the lis of JJ was heavy on our hearts while sitting in the same booth in the main dining room that he always gave us. While we will always love Maggiano's for Rigatoni D, we will always have a sadness because Maggiano's did not send out a notification to their loyal clients about the loss 💔 It's hard to know that JJ will never greet our daughter's or my husband and I with his brilliant smile and huge hugs & side face kisses. I wish Maggiano's as a company would have recognized Jeff "JJ" Johnson in the manner that he so deserved!

We've gone to Maggiano's several times for Thanksgiving in the past and loved it. This year was the exception and not sure we'll do it again. Despite having a mid-afternoon reservation, we still had to wait 45 minutes for a table. Despite putting in instructions about needing a table vs booth due to disability in the reservation, we were initially sat at a booth. Hostess made no apologies about either when we were finally seated. Our server was pleasant but we didn't see him much. Wish we had the server who was at table next to ours, as he seemed very attentive. Had to flag down the manager to bring us water. A lot of the food that came out, including the turkey and ham, was not hot. Of the food (side items) that were hot, they were very tasty. The pasta was the best and glad we had leftovers to bring home. Wish they would bring back the butternut squash ravioli and/or eggplant parmesan as an option.
Amazing time! We didn't know what to expect from the thanksgiving meal, but this was such a special event. We plan to make a yearly tradition, just based on this one outing.

We dined for the set Thanksgiving meal. The stuffing that was provided with the turkey platter was non existent. It was lacking and definitely not enough for the price and was disappointing. The turkey was not dry and had a decent flavor. The sweet potatoes were bland and needed some sweetness. We appreciate the restaurant being open but it was packed and we felt cramped in seating. Service was outstanding and absolutely top notch.

We had the best dining experience for Thanksgiving, and we were oh so appreciative to the amazing staff for being there. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and we loved that they had ham and turkey options. The ham was a little dry but tasted great, and they brought us a different portion of ham to take home which was really nice of them.

Met two of my “sister's by choice” for a long over do lunch date. Our waiter Andrew was very attentive to our needs (not rushing us out the door allowing time to for our amazing visit) to making our experience very enjoyable. Andrew was very funny, entertaining and very knowledable regarding the food and wine list.
