I've never had a bad meal here. Always great food and service. We happen to go on a Homecoming weekend for the local HS so it seemed a little louder than usual. Overall still one of my top 3 favorite Italian restaurants

It’s my 2nd day in a row eating Mr Jim’s pizza and man am I blown away !!! I love how much love goes into making this pizza. Thank y’all so much for making hands down the best pizza on the map!!! Anything you get tastes amazing !!!

We ventured to Maggiano's for my birthday dinner after hearing so many friends mention how great it was. Tonight was our first visit, and our server Jeff made the experience very memorable. Jeff's service and attention to detail was fantastic, our food was delicious and the restaurant was immaculately clean. We never had to wait for anything or ask for anything, as whenever we were about to need something, Jeff was there already with what we needed. Parking is easy to find, the wine list is great, and the dessert was amazing. There are also so many seating options here, from romantic date nights, to corporate group outings, business lunches or dining out with friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended.

Our server was very nice, but unfortunately that was the only thing about this experience that was pleasant. They were very behind and we had to wait an extended period despite the reservation. I was surprised they had last minute reservations open on a Friday night, but had we known how long the wait would be despite the revelation, we probably would have gone somewhere else and risked not having one. Food was okay. Server was great!

Our waiter's voice had a sing tone to it and coupled with his cheerful attitude made it a very pleasant experience. The restaurant is noisy but that's not unusual at any Maggiano's locations. If you know to expect it then it's not bothersome. Food is always consistent. I have some food restrictions & the waiter & kitchen staff were gracious in accommodate my needs.

Being from Hawaii, I have a certain level of expectation when it comes to service. And compared to the service we have in Honolulu, the service level is below my expectations. I had the cod and didn't eat it while dining there and ate it the next day. The pasta was amazing, the cod was dry. I will stick with salmon from now on.

Excellent. The food was good. Kelly was attentive, made good recommendations and provided a birthday surprise for my husband after the meal. It was an enjoyable evening. The only negative was the noise level was too high for conversation.

The day of ordering a pizza over a counter, seems to be something that the stores have a problem with. I walk in to wait for a fresh pizza, just for that. Ordered my pizza and sat and waited in a designated area. Realizing it's been more than 20 minutes I went to the counter and noticed there was no pizzas in the oven or coming out. An attended came up and asked me are you here to pick up?? I said no I've been waiting for a fresh pizza. When I finally got home, the pizza look like it's been sitting cuz the cheese had already started to cool off and starting to hard. At $23 for a sticky finger with a cheesy crust, it was not. I guess you get what you pay for!
Maggiano's never disappoints! A real value for your money! Say “ HELLO” to JJ when you come in. Start with the amazing fried zucchini, end with the delicious Terimisu. In between enjoy the pasta, ( Rigatoni D!!!). Best enjoyed with your family or large group. MANGIA!!!!

Overall dinner experience was top notch! Our server was amazing and friendly. The ambiance was just the right amount of noise so it felt energetic but the lighting made it feel intimate and high end. Definitely going back at dinner time!
