Overall great dinner. The hostesses (there were 4 of them) forgot/skipped/etc. our reservation and proceeded to call probably 6 parties of two before us. After a manager walked by and greeted us, the hostesses decided to ask us if we were waiting for a party. We said “no, we're waiting to be sat for our reservation that has now passed.” After asking our name, they realized they forgot us, or something of that nature. We were celebrating Father's Day with family (party of 12). The food and service were great — everyone enjoyed their meal, and our waitress, Lucy, was fantastic. Highly recommended!
The food was great as usual as this is our favorite Maggiano's. The service lacked quite a bit, but two others tried to pick up the slack. It all turned out well and I'm not sure if our waiter was in training, but he needs some help.
