How can you be out of Roast Beef at 7pm at night!? Seriously! Went through drive thru and was told 10-12 minutes then get to window to hear the cashier say the shake is really runny and proceeds to fill the glass anyway. I ordered a shake not milk. Ask for no whip cream and puts it on anyway and comes to the window and says it will now be 30-40 minutes. Wow! No thanks. Will not be back ever! How can you not have ANY roast beef? That’s all you sell! Still smh

The customer service preferably the managers at this location a horribly. I have visit this location twice in one week and have had bad experience with managers preferably a manager named Patty . I tried to explain to her My issue with my order and I was directed by an manager over the phone who call me and apologize to go back in the store to have my sandwich replaced she was very rude and disrespectful and refuse to do so as if I was trying to get something for free. I called the number The district manager called me from and spoke to another employee and then some manager took the phone from the young man and refused to
give me her name and hung up the phone on me. I hope that Arby's does something about these managers and the attitude and very unprofessional how they deal with customers and say it again paying customers I would like an apology from these managers Hi I'm treated it's not about the money.
