Banchan servings were extremely small, and it was really disappointing that there was no full leaf lettuce, only lettuce scraps to mix into the bowl of meat and sides. The meat and sides were excellent, though.
The service and atmosphere were very good and I appreciated that they cooked the meats for you (for my first timer parents) but at KBBQ spots it’s nice to cook your own meats and pace yourself.

The beef combination we ordered came with several different types of cuts, and they were all delicious. Some were pre-marinated with sweet and savory flavors, and all were carefully executed by chefs at our table. The combination came with a salad, some vegetable side dishes and rice, but the portion of the salad and veggies was small, way under the amount for a balanced plate.

The food is... I can't explain. It is unbelievable. The best. Bulgogi, Kalbi steak, hot wings. Man!

Food was ok at best. I can tell they are very understaffed. We found a large jagged metal piece in our salad that my wife was extremely close to ingesting which would've led to an ER visit at the very least. The manager at the very least comped our food but just completely unacceptable.
