Sue was absolutely amazing. First time here and my mind was blown away. The difference in service from any other Korean bbq is huge. We never had to grab the tongs to cook our own meat, sue made sure that we had a great first experience.
We never once had to ask for a refill and had a wonderful conversation with sue throughout our time here.
Truly a 10/10 experience. Not to mention the food was absolutely fantastic.

Wonderful experience! I came in hungry and left very satisfied. Great quality meat and side dishes. In house banchan was tasty and fits in very well with the barbecue. Lastly the service was also amazing. All the staff are so kind and very well trained ultimately providing the best dining experience I have had in awhile!

We got the all you can eat premium meat meal. The meat was mostly fat and tough. You are limited to one round of certain cuts. They seemed to be over staffed as random servers would come to our table and start putting food on the grill without asking. Compared to similar restaurants Ari is very expensive. To top things off the music was so loud we could not hear conversation at our table. With so many options in Plano we will not return to Ari Korean BBQ!

My husband and I love a good All you can eat Korean BBQ. This place was okay. We came cause we wanted to try the BBQ/sushi combo. The meat comes out in such small portions and you can only ask for 10 pieces of sushi at a time. Which means you are constantly asking for food. The staff is very friendly and very fast on getting food out. My only complaint is that my husband and I love to cook our own food and like our personal space and it was very awkward for us when the staff would bring you the meat and immediately put all of it on the grill and then stand over you and cook it. We felt so awkward but didn't know how or if we should ask them not to. Sorry. But won't be coming back because of that last reason. Otherwise it's an okay place.

My husband and I have been going to Ari for a long time, both the Carrollton and Plano locations. We always get the beef combo for 2 for $80 and know what to expect. It’s always super filling and delicious. We went today for the first time in a few months (Plano) and notice they have implemented an all you can eat menu which is great, but we opted for the same thing we always get - the beef combo for 2. Wow have the portions decreased, literally by half. Even all the sides were super tiny, making you have to constantly ask for more. Even the corn cheese barely had any cheese in it. Everything seemed to be cut in half or more. Super disappointed with the changes, management would be better off charging a little more for the same thing, not charging the same and giving 50% of what they normally do. I hope they know customers do notice these things and it leaves a very bad impression. I was shocked that we were literally given half the amount of meat as usual, for the same price. We both left not feeling full at all, when normally we are stuffed. Honestly we probably won’t be back and we’ll make sure to warn our friends and family about the changes too.

We celebrated our Daughter's birthday at Ari. The food was great,service was great. If you have never tried this place put it on your list you won't be dissapointed. Great selection of Sushi and other items, you definitely can find something that suits your taste.
We will definitely be going back......we made reservations so it was nice not having to wait for a table

Ari is an excellent choice for Korean BBQ. We've been multiple times, and the food is always excellent. The thing that we appreciate most about Ari is that they cook the BBQ at the table, we don't have to mess with it. We can just relax and eat.
There are 2 of us and we usually get the beef combination for 3. The side vegetables are good, healthy, and not particularly filling and I'm not into soup, in general, which comes with the meal. So, a little extra meat to share provides for a satiating meal without being overly full. We could certainly make do with a beef combination for 2, we've just learned it's not quite the portion we prefer.
We were there on a busy Mother's day, and arrived shortly before 5:00 and were seated promptly. We noticed by 5:15 all the tables appeared to be full so if you're going on a busy day at a busy time, it's probably best to arrive a little early or be prepared to wait a few minutes for a table.
Ari consistently provides an enjoyable Korean BBQ experience.
