Such a disappointing experience, I come here at least 3 times a months and receive great service. Today, I was actively avoided, watching my server go back to the same 2 tables multiple times and finally decided to check in, only to not notice that the meat on the grill was burnt and we still didn’t get rice. Upon this, we informed him we didn’t want the rest of the order and just wanted to tab out. He said okay then disappeared for another 15 minutes only to come back and start cooking the meat he just acknowledged we didn’t want. Then tells us we have a no return policy? Again this was after acknowledging me saying I will just pay for the first meat that we didn’t even want to eat because it was beyond cooked. Now having paid $70 for burnt meat that wasn’t edible and beyond lackluster service. Sad to say I will never come back after the worst experience ever :)

I came here with my girlfriend on a Friday afternoon shortly after they opened. It wasn't busy yet, but by the time we left the whole place was filled with people.We got the medium beef and pork combination. The menu says it's food for 3 people, but my girlfriend and I were able to manage it with ease. The beef and pork combination came with brisket, marinated prime rib finger meat, pork belly, and pork jowl.The quality of the meat was good and definitely better than most AYCE kbbq places in the area. I'm especially a big fan of their method of ventilation and for the first time I actually left a Korean bbq place without smelling like meat and oil. It was a great experience and the waiting staff would rotate through and help you cook the food. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

I often go out to eat meat with my husband and kids. All the staff are so friendly. ^^If you eat it as a combo, the portion size is perfect! The raw meat is delicious too haha.

Not my first Korean BBQ but definitely the first where they cook for you. The short ribs were undercooked, no salt or seasoning on anything. Overall, it was pretty bland and not satisfying.

Pricey for Korean bbq but it is a la carte and has good quality meat compared to most other AYCE kbbq places.
Has some of the better quality meats compared to the few kbbq places I've been to in town and in Carrollton. The service was great and they cooked the meat for you, allowing you to enjoy your party. You could cook your own if you'd like as well. Of i loved closer I would make this a regular
