I recently visited Haji Aslam Biryani with my family, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Despite some initial concerns—since there were no cars outside and the restaurant was completely empty when we arrived—we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We ordered two chicken biryanis, one mutton biryani, and chips for our child, which they kindly offered as a complimentary dish. The biryani tasted great, and we also got kachori and zarda to go, both of which were delicious...
I’ve only been here once on a Friday and I must say this is probably the best restaurant mutton briyani I’ve had in the States. It’s a lil pricy but worth every penny good meat portions as well. I would say go on busy days like Friday’s if you want fresh and good food.
We just finished eating our order of Goat Biryani from Haji Aslam Biryani, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The dish was fresh, bursting with flavor, and perfectly spiced. The tender, well-cooked pieces of meat paired beautifully with the fragrant, long-grain rice and the special blend of biryani spices. Simply heavenly. The proprietor and his gracious wife made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality. It’s rare to find such a hidden gem in the DFW area....
