Basha biryani is not a biryani, its just chicken pulav with lots of oil, and cardamom. Didnt like it?

Terrible customer service, order canceled even though order was placed about 6hrs ahead of pickup time. Its the second time they did that. Seems like they don't care for customers

The mutton Briyani was not flavorful, parts of it were tasty parts of it were bland. Chicken Briyani was the same but more parts was bland.

I ordered for chicken 65 but I got fish fry, which is very disappointing and one more thin they don't have a separate line for online pickup which is worst and they should change it.

Nikka biryani was great but few issues with the sidesRaitha - very sourKathirikka curry - served very cold, doesn't feel like freshly madeBoiled egg - served very cold, consider warming the eggs before serving it with the biryani.

mutton was great. nikka chicken was average (not at all like the authentic ones that i had from coimbatore) . Felt the price was high for what it is. You need to at least increase the quantity a bit for 15 bucks a pop. Otherwise for most of us it will be a 1 or 2 time thing.

Basha Biryani really took my review well and made their best quality when I tried last week. They really care about customer reviews and making sure the best quality out of it . I feel the real meaning of customer care from them.

Mutton biryani is so good. But chicken biriyani feels like what we already get in Anjappar in Plano. I expected after reading all the comments that this biryani will be same like what we get in chennai. But it's not that special. I might come back but not addicted.
